If you have changed your mind and the product is unopened, you may return products purchased on Alpha-H.com to us for a refund within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. The exception to this is if:
- The product is deemed faulty;
- You have experienced an unfavourable skin reaction (imagery of the reaction will be required and will be assessed by our Lead Dermal Therapist).
Returns are not valid or accepted due to packaging changes unless deemed faulty.
Refunds or replacements are not valid or accepted for sample/travel size products, sale items, free gifts and sachet samples unless deemed faulty.

Please note that all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund unless they are deemed faulty. If you believe your item has a fault, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Our team will assess the issue and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund in line with our returns policy.
For products purchased through a department store or other authorised stockist
Please consult the department store or authorised stockist’s returns policy for guidance on requesting a refund or exchange for products purchased from these retailers.
We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for products purchased via other authorised retailers.
Please note: You are responsible for postage costs and assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit.
To initiate a return request via the Help Centre 'Manage your orders - Return.' You will receive a confirmation on whether your return is approved with 2-3 working days.
